The axes of main body and double-sides are finished precisely in one time, make sure the tolerance of concentricity and perpendicularity is not out 0.05mm.every part has datum, then proceed in roughing and finishing process, good interchangeability and high accuracy. Assemble heavy strong bearing and sealing device, the clearance between them is less than 0.05mm,prevent chips from entering into bearing plate, or give a heavy load in the machine, overcome crushers pressing fault. Crushers front and back are double deck sound insulation, and seal sound insulation material I the middle part, so have a little bit noise. Separation design, drop chute, crushers main body and base plate are assembled according to datum hole, easier to take it off for cleaning. Cleaning chips, it has a room to protect tool, make sure the security of cleaning and adjustment. Electrical motor has an overload protector that runs with power protector, make sure the security. Save the power, and efficiency is very fine, pulleys are at the bottom of the base plate, move conveniently, small cubage take a bit space. |
